Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. What we deliver

Everything sold on OctaPages is an online service: plugins such as the WhatsApp CRM, storage, and sponsored listing plans. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.

2. When you get access

• Plugins: as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, we set up your business's workspace. This usually takes under a minute; you can watch each step on screen and open the workspace from your dashboard.
• A plugin added to an existing workspace: available within a few minutes.
• Sponsored plans: start on the date shown at checkout.

3. Confirmation

We email a confirmation and a GST invoice to the account that paid. The invoice is also available on the billing page.

4. If something goes wrong

If access has not been delivered within 24 hours of a confirmed payment, write to [email protected]. We will deliver it or refund you in full, as our Refund and Cancellation Policy describes.

5. Where we serve

Our services are offered to businesses in India and are billed in Indian Rupees.
